IutoSLU, it's supposed to be like that. See, if someone is impatient and MUST get upgrades as soon as they can get them, then it will take longer for them to get maxed. However, if someone doesn't get upgrades at all, it will take longer for them to get the upgrade points. The strategy is to be moderate; don't buy every upgrade, and don't wait too long.
If someone has all the achievements, can you please tell me what these achievements are and what the req. is? (Columns labelled ABC..., Rows labeled 1,2,3..., in order left/right, top/bottom, respectively.) [[L1, L2, M2, I3, J3, K3, L3, M3, C4, D4, E4, F4]] Thank you.
Once you get the all the bomb upgrades, you can farm Level 20 Expert - about 400 points every 30 secs or so. Just keep using mega bombs at the 3 bends.
Seydlitz, click the "Menu" button on the top right. Flame wolf, place your tower in the corner, and try to redo the first level until you can buy some upgrades.
I like it; the multitude of upgrades is nice for when you have a lot of time to spare. It would be nice if you could "sell" upgrades for a fraction of the buying cost.
Ah, just got 5 deaths... always make silly mistakes, lol.
Octankover, Red Ball 2 is out on Kongregate. It's a platformer.
Red and Blue Balls is also out on Kongregate, though it is a PUZZLE platformer. Red and Blue Balls is pretty hard, especially the 3rd and 4th bonus levels.
Very nice, but gets boring @ about level 10.
The difficulty doesn't change much at all; I hope to see more features like moving blocks in future versions. 3/5.
For those with laptops and smaller screens - press F11 while on your browser - it takes away the address bar, bookmarks and the start bar so you can see better. Just press F11 to revert back to normal mode.
How about an Anti-Lag mode?
no bombs from bomb towers
no darts from monkey aces
no explosions from mortar towers
Yes, it would make gameplay more boring; but the lag is too much at 115+ levels.
One of the best games I have ever played. Probably in the Top Ten. I love the new towers, balloons, interface - everything. A couple caveats, though - I don't like that there is no branching system anymore, the tower update option disappearing when your mouse goes off-applet, and the fact of having to pay for better tracks/upgrades. That said, though, great game!
Very nice; a deviation from Red Ball and its sequel, which were simply platformers, but great nevertheless. I like the difficulty curve; though some help on the earlier levels would get players accustomed to the game mechanic.
