Do time cubes only happen every ten levels after arena 100? Or is it random?
It's random. After wave 100 you have a 25% chance of getting a time cube on a mini-boos or arena boss.

I correct myself after refreshing everything seems good. Sorry.
When using the religion Keisin, the free researches mess everything up. I got the one for academies and cannot build any because it was the free one. And any upgrade after a free one also has issues like not granting the x2 bonus.

Achievements are messed up. Says I have ones I do not, and the speed is as if I have all unlocked but I don't.
