my lvl 6 homes refuse to pay tax because they want small temple which is chapter 19 but my town is chapter 15. and I can't leave ch.15 until I collect 5k gold. something I'm missing here?
yep....guess you upgraded the residences too early... check again if you can build up more residences to collect gold? or you need to demolish the lvl 6 residences and rebuild them or use Talents to pass the task
