It takes way too long between waves. Please make a fast-forward button to go to the next wave (while still getting your money, of course...)

You can destroy the bombers by shooting them as they fly by in the background (happens every 20 seconds or so), even though you cannot see them. Just shoot the clouds and you'll see black smoke when you hit.
