Also shooting randomly and complaining when it doesn't work is like taking Rubik's cube apart but only putting it together in a dark room and then complaining it's assembled wrong. This applies to blindly using the guide without understanding what's supposed to happen, too - you need to figure out what should shoot where, or at least try the various possible options. This is a puzzle game, there's no pixel hunt (though lvl 50 needs precise aim) as every star can shoot only a limited amount of other stars. You can even brute-force by trying all stars from both sides, as you only really need to check the extremes and stars in the arcs between them.
In early 2009 I stopped after lvl 7... and now IDK how because this game is beautiful! I simply had to complete it in one go. I just wish it had a slow-mo replay option, would help with finding out what did and didn't work and would be nice after figuring out the solution.
BTW, your ability to deactivate the healing circles of Mech boss depends on your magnet level! Better magnet deactivates them from further away. Also, play on tablet with stylus if you can!
Fun game! Impossible badge achieved on 1st try (I play Touhou) if I don't count a few instakills 10 seconds into first fight where I tried out the damage. I had max magnet and shots, almost max damage, lvl 4 shooting speed, lvl 3 speed and HP (!), lvl 3 droid damage and bought all buyable things. Got three undergound eyes with turbo semi-indestructible bugs and 10th boss was the final green goo X_X Funny thing is, I STILL don't have enough money to max out (story completed on day 6) so I need to grind before trying to get some nice scores.
I finally got around to playing this. Loving all the improvements! Made my efforts to get the highest score easier! I still need 251 to be in the 283k club and 549 to be #1 like in the first game, but top 3 is good too (not counting the two suspiciously-named accounts). Also HOW DOES IT NOT HAVE BADGES YET!?
I liked this game a lot! Just the right level of challenge for a short game for me, everything was logical and I needed to take care not to assume all codes are read left-to-right, top-to-bottom, European reading style. I only got stuck at the 3-digit code because I solved the other two tulip puzzles already so I thought they won't come into play again.
AHA! FOUND IT! IT HAS TO BE DONE ON THE "Play" SCREEN! NOT in game!! T-I-M-E is case sensitive, be careful not to type _ instead of - (protip: use capslock)
I got the max score (40) but I still can't figure out the TIME cheat. And the fact that I have to reload the game every time is really annoying. Could you either add a replay button or give us a hint like on which screen should we attempt the cheat? The "Play" screen, the title before game, ingame, during cutscene, at the ending screen? I also can't get into any pipe, does that unlock after the TIME cheat?
tam_tamashii: I do! I have April 2015 and then everything from February 2016 (so just 4 things atm). Can we upload xml files on wikia? If we can we should upload all we have, I would like the ones before I started collecting and I want to figure out the categories so I can tell what's junk in 2014 archives. (I assume we can't get the categories from archives inside the game? Or maybe the .swf file could be somehow opened? Would be useful for wiki since the old one hasn't updated since 2014 pack)
You're right! I guess I was too tired yesterday. I tried again and actually found a few ways to get max+3stars, there's even some wiggle room where you can choose where to spend 2 moves.
Hint for level 20 max score: don't pick up all stars! (I didn't find any way to get max+3stars on that level, if anyone did, I would love to know the solution)
It happens an hour after midnight for me. But you can do any daily pixelo for the month when you change your computer's time, typically from last day of last month to last day of current month.

@Kosh67: There are NONE puzzles in the easy/normal/hard sets that require luck, you just suck. A few hard took over 25 minutes though. Bighorn Sheep from page 1 of 2015 is the old unfixed version so that one does need luck at the very end. I ragequit after all my methods got stuck for an hour at Samurai from end of 2015 so idk about that one, maybe I also need to git gud. The last level from the first Picma game was MASSIVELY luck based (7+ spots with 2-3 possibilities after guessing my way through the right half) but otherwise all good (IIRC the level before that had small luck-based spot which doesn't matter with no penalty for wrong click). Use keyboard if you don't have a tablet with stylus, just keep the cursor near where your eyes are. And agreed about the impossible badge :)
Another correction for the new badge spoilers: Jurassic Farm - complete 4 Dinosaur category puzzles (in 2015 archive(?)), not 3 (unless Komodo dragon counts as dino instead of animal, then it would be 5)
Okay, got God of Job now. I have completed 25 Jobs in 2014 (counting Spy and Coach, who aren't listed here: http://wikiwiki.jp/pixelo/?PUZZLE%2FD2014list so maybe it's 23 but the same wiki claims God of Job needs just 1 puzzle), 1 in Hard, 1 in 2015 and I think 4 daily. So yes, it just needs huge number of Jobs.
Correction: 2015 Daily Master - Clear [huge amount of] Daily 2015 puzzles. I don't know the exact amount, it's 200 for the 2014 badge but it could be more since there are 366 puzzles this time (2014 has 241).
