Why my game cannot load? :( I am waiting so long and still there is "loading screen"

I have this quest 'Rank and File' i have to win 2 battles and check my ranking but it doesnt pass me with checking this leaderboard, i dont know why

i have finished game but i need 1 gem, someone said that it is near where we start, but how can i go to the start? i think im lost :(
