Quick and simple suggestion:
Theres only 1 promotion which a alliance leader can set members to which is deputy leader so why not add other promotions or let the alliance leader make custom ones?

Quick tip for money making in non-member worlds.
If your a non-member but want to make quite a bit of gp but also train combat then kill hill giants the average loot per trip is 9k-10k gp.
highest drop ive seen is a uncut diamond which u can sell for 10k by it self.

it has fist of guthix clan wars clans etc. and what i listed is only a small amount of non-member stuff. theres a ton of multiplayer fun.

I believe there is a "free" button when you click on a city in region. You can use that to free your friend.
