Hello Billyfred, I have tried to understand your question, but could not unfortunately due to the use of unknown terms in Runespell. I will try with Runespell terms: The Power Cards can be bought with Silver and get unlocked when you level up. Hope this one helps.
You simply have to implement the API into your game that records stats like "What level you are up to". Then when the staff member who adds badges can just make a badge for getting up to a certain level. Do you have MSN? I can explain it alot easier to you on that, and I can also have a go at putting the API into your game for you.
