God...for the eightieth time - the splitters breaking through loose mazes is not a freaking glitch or bug or error, nor is it unfair. It's a tactical movement you have to take into consideration in order to be successful.
You don't consider flying enemies to be "bugs" or "glitches" do you? They avoid your maze entirely and totally crush you if you don't have the proper towers.
Same goes for splitters. Get over it.
DeathKnight - the medium badge isn't for beating five levels; it's for completing five of the missions you sign up for in the little blue portals that appear in some levels.
This game is not luck based at all, by the way. Every puzzle is easily solved with very rudimentary logic. My 18 month old could have beaten this game. Very nice, relaxing experience. 3/5
Seriously, how many times does the game designer have to be told to make fast forward a toggle rather than a continuous button? Holding down the mouse for the duration of each round is tedious and unnecessary. Fix it, Kiwi.
Who cares if the badge is broken, you ninnies? The game was great and actually took a bit of logic to make it work. No, the badge didn't work for me either, but I enjoyed the fifteen minutes of gameplay I got for free.
Cry more, children.
Not sure why anyone's complaining. Nobody's forcing you to play this if it's not your preference. You people are like those kids who go game-to-game and rate tower defenses 1/5 just because they can't beat them.
Grow up.
PS - cut through took me a while to beat, but it was an awesome concept executed perfectly. Only a baby would complain that the level was too damaging to their tiny little mind.
I want very badly to like this game, but it's just too unpolished.
The difficulty is ridiculous, even on casual, the upkeep penalties are extreme, the mods are too expensive, the guns don't drop or upgrade fast enough, mods don't do enough to help and the aiming functionality is just terrible.
With a bit of polish, this is an easy 5/5. As it stands, 2.5.
I'd like to see some platforms, perhaps, or maybe a drawbridge or arrow tower here or there that requires destroying to REACH the King.
Adding this small bit of side-scrolling rather than side-to-side oscillating would add a nice dimension to the game, no?
Still, I enjoyed it thoroughly. 4/5 :)
Also, the badges are ridiculous and you can pass right through all the bullets in the game by moving your character at any moderate speed. With the pally, you just go in a circle around things until your powerup charges and then OHKO everything.
Random freezing is annoying, lack of a defined hit-box is annoying, paladin special kills virtually every boss in one hit, upgrades don't help health enough, upgrades should never detract from other upgrades, bonuses not helpful enough to matter in most instances. I love the game, but it has lots of issues.
