Learn to use your heads people, this game isnt just dumb luck and bunnies farts, plan far ahead and learn the definition of calculated risk. Granted some of it is dumb luck but think about the good luck you get and you wont focus on the bad that hapens.
Ive actualy got 2 rather good sugestions i think. 1) Items that effect your entire team and 2) Attacks so slow that if someone swaps out they hit the next char in line. good? or bad?

i have crited 5 shots in a row with andro, i have crited every char with amaya shadow wrath in 1 use, i have dodged 5 moves in a row with Yoshi, i have earnt 12 cards through battle in only 219 wins.
Tell me how lucky have you been then say thats unfair to your oponant. Im complaining about both bad and good because it kills their vibe and makes matches boring.
