Wait until the game loads 100%
Right click anywhere on the game
Click the "settings"
Click the microphone icon (it's the 4th one at the bottom)
Where it says microphone (High definition audio device), there is an arrow beside it.
Right click the arrow, there should be a new set of options.
Click forward.
Repeat if you are playing the carrot game and there is no play button.
the needle does seem a little random, although my accuracy normally is 90%+, it seems to never hit 100... a very challenging easy badge, even if it can be done in literally 2 seconds
