my damage mage seems to have become permanately stunned he died in the stuned state and once revived has gone through five battles and still is stunned

anyone know what the pro bar is under the special agents ?

yes in real life crouching improves accuracy which is why i question how to win the second one a melee assault your dead in two shots ranged standing you die in two shots so crouch and walk away from your computer for an hour or so
