Comparatively an easy impossible badge. Took about 2 hours to beat all three modes. For those of you worried about Insane mode after trying Original, I actually found Original Mode to be much more difficult (plus it's also much longer). If you can beat Original, you can beat Insane. Also, I was in the graveyard section of the game listening to my Ocarina of Time Soundtrack when I realized that I was listening to the Shadow Temple music. Very fitting in multiple ways.
I got the hard badge, but getting every in-game achievement is insane. To those who beat level 15 with no damage: congratulations, you are utterly amazing.
Having the same problem, it just has a circle going around over and over and won't let me join as guest or log on with Kong. Hoping it's a temporary issue that will be resolved soon.

If you want this to be even easier, try right-clicking then going into settings. This slows the game down quite a bit and makes a score of 1200+ pretty easy. Do at your own risk though, it kinda takes the fun away.

Just finished getting all the characters. The best character? The Lightning Dragon. It has a very fast ranged attack that hits by 10 and is far superior to those of the other dragons, has 100hp so it will never die, and can fly. Sure, demon is good because of it's "shotgun" effect, but it dies faster and must be close basically for it to kill quickly. Also, trolls are fire-resistant. The birdman leader must also be close range and has 25hp.
