Sorry to hear that. I'm afraid manual aiming is the game's core premise. Without it, there would be no game (although perhaps the city of Chelyabinsk would be safer). You don't have to shoot literally all the meteors - just the ones on the collision trajectory. If there's no blinking marker, the meteor can be ignored (at least in the short term).
