There are a number of potential differences in each set, not just 5. It doesn't always pick the same 5. On one hand, you can always refresh to see if you get a better set, or if you're going for a better time. On the other hand, you might screw yourself in the process. I found this out the hard way.

For perhaps the first 20 levels or so, I was thinking, "hmm, maybe a 10-minute game disguised as a 5-minute game." As it turns out, a little bit longer. Nice music and game though. Easiest medium badge that's been presented to us in a looong time. And quick enough that I didn't even think to try using the arrow buttons instead. Whoops. lol

Ah. Good old creepers. I can't stand how much of a pain in the arse and yet how addictive and fun this particular series is all at the same time. It's maddening. lol

Classic approach to learning game mechanics is off putting to modern approach and casual players, more likely than not. Fun game, but there's probably a lot of players who won't be getting this BotD either. Music is similarly a tad overzealous.

Almost too short, but better that than too long. I'd say that someone likes Stranger Things too much as well, but I believe that about as much as someone who believes in the existence of Atlantis. Pretty good game. Not exactly 5 minute, but doesn't exactly take very long either. If it takes you over 45 minutes, you're probably over-thinking things. Relax and it'll come to you. Would be kinda nice if you could die (the "laser" just pushes you aside), but then the game avoids perhaps unnecessary trauma too, so nice for casual players.

Still haven't gotten that Nightmare Game distinction. (Less than 20 coins in bank, find Sunshine.) Probably never will, but hey, a guy can dream, can't he?

I've been meaning to getting around to completing all of these games... IN ORDER, mostly. I've only played a couple so far, so that plan's buggered. Thanks! Anyway, looks like a good one. I like these games, and at least you're BotD'ing games that not only work, but are worth playing. That is a huuuge plus.

Btw, the nauseatingly overstated claim that Metroid is the first and last to use this is ugly, insulting, and makes gamers look like a mentally retarded lot. Thanks for that.

Okay. Clever little game. I wouldn't call it "only utilizing the map". Plenty of games used to have interfaces like these for the character itself, and Metroid certainly wasn't the first. It's nice to see games like these making a comeback, even if they can be a bit long-winded at times (the warp and teleport mechanic helps though, even if it feels a pinch late).

Nice game. Cute story. Thought it was typical, "progressive" (aka pretentious yawn-fest) psycho-babble at first, turns out to be something else. Music is nice. Very Zelda, supposing it was meant to emulate and GameBoy style, not perfectly but dang close. Mute button doesn't work. Explanation of how mute did work didn't make sense anyway (by the screen, wtf). Not exactly an easy badge. Takes too long. Save worked fine for me, not that I risked it, but checked afterward. Must be a cache or browser issue for some people.

Music reminds me of Bare Knuckle (Streets of Rage). Also, hit Game Over at 256 completely by accident. lol

Despite the window being absurdly small, I started to like this game until I realized that progression was absurdly killing my luck. wtf. Buying things in good order too, so I dunno why. Love turned to loathing real fast. Also, game doesn't track kill stat, so no BotD until I send in a pic. Manages to track points for Med Badge, so why not though. Stupid. Anyway, GOOD THING THIS GAME SHOWS HOW MANY BULLETS YOU HAVE LEFT. That helps. Game still irritates though. Downvote time.

These dwarves are definitely not natural sprinters. Very slow, even over short distances.

What's up with Level 12? I mean, I know I don't have to beat it to complete the game (yay! a skip! I checked the menu! me soooo smart... [eyeroll]), and now it glitches--takes off an extra cracking off (sometimes) after the last health pickup for whatever reason-- so I can beat it, going back (wtf), but if so, what's the point in putting it in the game in the first place?
