You get the extra locust that way. Otherwise you'll be stuck at 14/15 wondering where that last one is, and unable to go back.

Game has its bugs at chapter two, where it will randomly warp you off the platform of the game and put you underneath it to fall for eternity. Good thing there is the space bar to return me to checkpoint.
