I find that the patients claim of only chest pains seems realistic. "Hey Doc, my chest hurts... what is it?" "Well what about these symptoms?" Seems to make sense to me, makes you really need to look for other symptoms to make the diagnosis.

Stop the lag by hitting "MUTE" on the chat window. That will take care of most of it. Anything extra is inevitable. I blame the cosmic radiation or sun spots, maybe leprechauns?
