so wait - if i die, then come back, i lose all my cores. but i no longer get the opportunity to acquire achievement rewards i earned previously? So, the cores i won but didn't spend are... gone forever?
as far as stats: if your Defense is X(Y) you only get the higher of the two values, not the total? so there's no point in buying defense unless you plan on putting all your points in it, to get it above what you could earn through armor...
Controls should be easier, and details on upgrades should be clearer.
Also, and I can't stress this enough, spellchecking is the difference between a game that looks professional and one that looks amateur. Why am I reading about my Monthership in the instruction page?
I was really enjoying this game! I saved silver, didn't click on mountains, bought the "permanent" mining upgrade, clicked all the mountains, got all the moneys, killed all the mooks... then had one unsearched square left and one click! So i clicked it...
...and they told me I had to try again because i'd run out of clicks without finding the Daimyo. Hmm. Where was he? Oh well, I decided I'd just keep playing.
...then noticed my silver and my Mining upgrade were gone.
It isn't just about grinding - it's about keeping what I've earned.
I'll go find another game to spend my time on, thanks. 2/5
Glitch: i got halfway through the first level, bought the first Economics book, got $6 per coin instead of $5... then had to stop playing. Came back later, "continued", started first level with same character, already had economics book purchased... but it no longer gave me the extra money when i picked up coins.
The Golden Ring upgrade seems to do nothing for me... I fought a skeleton in Training over and over and got 200gp from it... I upgraded from 40% bonus gold to 45% bonus gold... fought him again... still 200gp. why is this?
Sometimes, things cease functioning. Like, I've frozen the math game by typing in more than two digits... And I froze the bank (the interest bar won't grow, even though I have $1563 in there) which i think may've happened when i hit 'deposit all' several times in a row? or maybe that's not related..
