I think that's how the main character on breaking bad started out? Sadly, the only sign of an early central lung cancer is often just a chronic cough =(. Most people are smokers and have some sort of daily cough anyway.
4/5 great voices, great missions, the only thing I didn't like was that you almost always have atleast 2 minions die in a mission. But overall its just great.
