Odd controls but still a fun game. I really like how you can play any level at any time and keep the money you earned in the level even when you die. It makes you feel rewarded no matter what the outcome.
The map for China's track is ABSOLUTELY NOT EVEN CLOSE to what it really is. It looks like its made mostly of straighaways when in actuality, its nothing but turns. Some of those turns are very sharp and its hard to judge when you have no indiciation of how the upcoming turn is especially when your opponents are always driving the same speed.
Those are some very low wages and ridicously high tips. By the end of the week, your tips are at least 5 times your paycheck. Also, the ranks go up to level 44! Really, if you're that interested in this game to get that far, please get a job at Taco Bell or fast food resturant. I would love to see someone driven to make the fastest and most perfect meals day after day there. I'd even wave my hands in the air and tip you after I pay.
Its a great game but like most comments have said, it becomes far too much of a grindfest! I played the level 6 over 10 times just to beat level 7! I get to level 8 and it seems like I have to do the twice that. I love grinding but even I have my limits. (4/5)
This game is awesome. Easily one of the best tower defense games! I like going back and getting Brilliant on all missions too. Only thing is though, I have brilliant on 13 out of the 15 missions, but I still can't even beat the last mission! I can only make it to wave 28 out of 50! WHY?!.............Still awesome though!
The sniping missions suck. Serious people, don't waste your money on it. 30 waves on enemies and you have to click on dozen or more troops at a time. Plus, your guy will sometimes shoot in the same area for a few seconds if you click too fast.
Far too easy. You can beat every level with Tower 2 or 3. Just keep buying "Bonus Start Fund's" from the "WAR-MART" and you'll have more money than you'll ever need. I think this issue can be fixed though, kazama bee. Simply lower the amount for extra start money from $200 to $50 and have the upgrade itself cost $250 more each time you buy it. So the 1st "Bonus Start Fund's" purchase=$1000, 2nd=$1250, 3rd=$1500 and so on. This will allow the money to balance out and give incentive to purchase other towers. Also, you should be able to send as many waves as you want with no delay.
You start off with a country already infected. If you upgrade the infectivity and drug resistance, and then sell lethality, how does the virus disappear within the first week?! Plus, why is every country trying to find a cure for a virus right at the start? Other Pandemic games are much better...much much better.
I enjoyed the game. I like the length, humor, voice acting, and gameplay. The advertising though could've been much less and put in a small section of the corner instead blasting it in your face. (4/5)
LOL I just got 17 reward points on my PowerUp Rewards card for getting "The Badge of The Day". Yes, at this rate I might be able to buy a used game in 2 years! Seriously though, it adds up quicker when you account everything else you do with the card.
@avatar2525 That equipment glitch works! Although equipment in the wrong slots will not let you use their spell and the ring slots add no armor to stats. So my stragedy is to equip the best body armor in the helmet, boots, and body armor slots. The normal body armor slot I would have a spell I use a lot like Shield. Then in the ring slots I would use equipment with the highest stat boosters like a helmet with +10 stamina. This made my character nearly invincible.
(4/5) Great game! I loved the variety and easy-to-pick-up gameplay but I had 2 issues. The lesser issue is that there is no floor level indication. The major issue is that there is no save feature and that really is the main reason why I gave this a 5/5.
Game Over after 3 ships with no Continues = :( What's wrong with continues? What is this, 1982? Wish I wasn't limited to 4 slots either. Fun game though (4/5).
The Arena may cost 2 energy but I found it to be the fastest way to gain levels. The good thing about it too, if someone loses against you even if you aren't on, you gain experience and money from it. I noticed too that you DO NOT need to be the level that your equipment is. I'm level 30 but my both of my equipment is level 42.
Nice game. Not scary and nothing makes you jump unless you trick your mind into expecting fear but the game has a good haunted theme. I like how everything is presented to you with a decoder, what to take pictures of & how many, and diary pages. I found it annoying though you had to use the keys over and over again to open the same doors you've already been through. (4/5)
