Great concept and the characters and animation are cute. But please - seriously - speed things up a bit. For example, why don't the heroes all contribute at the same moment to health or attack. Movement on the map is also horribly slow.
Very frustrating. I really liked the game in the beginning but now I'm wasting an hour to struggle against the onslaught of an overwhelming enemy, gaining a mere 200 gold coins from losing the battle .. my advice: fix this game or loose it (which would be a pity, really nice idea!)
This game offers nearly nothing besides frantic clicking, killing off enemies, awaiting the next boss who pauses after an attack to give you room to kill it. Also, the damage and health upgrades are just linear.
This was a tiny game with a TON of content: towers, upgrades and orbs; a hero who levels and can be equipped, and a puzzle half of the screen. I enjoyed this game a lot but I would've much more enjoyed if there were some breaks .. my elbow is sore now and I couldn't even watch my towers crushing the lovely designed foes. As suggested I too would prefer a separate puzzle-resource-gathering minigame before the actual tower defence level. Anyway, big compliment for this awesome piece that, with some improvements, could easily compete with the top tower defence games of today.
It is not easy to compete with the level Kingdom Rush established in TD games. But this game manages, a perfect implementation; a challenge, new enemies and a special setting every level and a lot of upgrades that make a difference. Plus lovely graphics? Easily one of my top five games of the year!
The regenaration attribute of Last Flake doesn't seem to work right. I have 120 hp and it says to regenerate 4% .. it only regenerates 4 hp each turn for me.
Finally, after several days, I managed to get all achievements. I must state that this is one of the top three Tower Defense games I've ever played and a great deal is because of the elaborated game mechanics (always something new (enemies, towers) if you advance through stages, always challenging and the Heroic and Iron Challenges are refreshingly different) and of the graphics (only rarely I've seen so much love and thoughtfulness put into every different character). You gifted us with a masterpiece here!
Could have been a better game. The idea is great, so was the wide range of different weapons. But the repetitive gameplay and throwing away unnecessary items at every corner was annoying. Furthermore, it was not to hard to get through with enough ammo for every encounter and a brutal melee weapon in my pocket. Would have been more fun if there had been less ammo and less zombies but more challenging encounters.
For the boss battle: just attack with combo moves. While in a combo the he won't hurt you. Easy this way. Spare some magic power to heal once or twice.
To much stuff, way to complicated at first glance. The control circle is a difficult thing, too. The keyboard just isn't arranged in a circle - not intuitive.
