Iowa (airstrike) seems to inspire so much resentment among people here! ^ ^ First of all, to counter someone running back to their first base to get airstrike, remember that they are really sacrificing a lot of ground. You could either rush them with SAM to wipe out their first two tiers while they are doing this, or you could go to your second base to get some better weapon before doing this and you should still manage to gain some respectable ground.
