World 6 seems easier than world 5 (Didn't try world 6 death free). World 5 requires a lot of precisely timed jumps, but in world 6 you can just practice and beat it without having to get lucky with timed jumps. I'm not sure though since I haven't actually tried world 6 death free.
For those who want impossible badge and are struggling with world 6 death free. You can in stead just finish world 1 on advanced mode which is 10x easier. It will count as a death free world.
If you want the quickest imp badge then go 4 clerics. Just skip the battle, there's no reason to fight at all lol. I have no idea why one of the top comments say "do EVERYTHING for the first 20 levels, then bosses until lvl 30." That makes absolutely no sense at all. Just skip all the fights that you can and just try find the exit. You almost don't need any items when 4 clerics. The only item you need is high damage items and that's it and sure if your like level 30 and you only got items 10, You could just quickly go through the level and get the items there are. But yeah just skip fights and discard all items and you'll be fine with 4 clerics.
I think maybe a checkpoint at maybe level 5-6 would be awesome so you don't have to start all over again when you screw up at level 9/10.
Maybe that checkpoint would make the game alot easier, but an easier game doesn't mean a worse game.
Having to start all over again just because of 1-2 mistakes at the last 1-2 levels is just way too frustrating.
Yep. One of the things we've done in the sequel is broken everything out into distinct, unique-feeling levels, so instead of being one long marathon, it's more of a level-by-level adventure.
I don't wanna be the complainy pants but... I think the game has the same problem as the first one did. The difficulty modes aren't balanced enough. It's too damn easy, hard isn't hard at all. The only difference between hard and casual is that on hard each fight lasts longer, there is still no risk of dying. Legendary mode is however too hard (for the first game as well). I mean I really like the legendary mode, but the transition from hard to legendary is just way too unbalanced. Especially considering the transition from casual to hard. For the next game I would really enjoy the legendary mode as an impossible badge. I think for the first 2 games, legendary mode would definitely have made an awesome impossible badge (speaking of impossible badge experience).
Ok I really wasn't clear how to skill build. Just get the first damage spell from the mage ASAP and then spam it in battle, no need to use your sword. The first damage spell deals same amount of damage as other spells, so you don't need other spells. After the damage spell just get healing spells, and also the silence demon spell is also really important vs regeneration bosses, so try to get that fast as well.
good tips for beginners: Go damage Mage skill build, you don't need any of the Knight build. You do however need the silence spell that you get from Demon skill build vs regeneration bosses
Ok I faced a dragon at level 9 1 time and at level 10 2 times, this was out of like 5 tries. Is it possible to kill the dragon at this level? or does the developer just like to screw people over.
