Fix the keys, make them mappable. Fix that AWFUL overhead/slightly to 1 side view. Also, make the PC slightly less good at seeing.

how are you supposed to reach the key when the boxes can't be pushed over that bump?
It is a puzle platformer :D, but you can move those boxes. Just figure out how :D

I reached "these beams kill instantly". Despite seeing how it was done on a walkthru I have NEVER seen that pattern happen for me. So I call bullshit and ask for that to be made slightly easier.
