played for 3 hours. early on could go back and forth to menu, it 'continue' and proceed from where i left off. Late in game whhen most upgrades were over 100, went to menu, 'continued' and lost ALL progress. Also, i had saved multiple times throughout
Why am I sooo into watching squares fill up? Why do I love watching one order of magnitude affect another? Why did you know this about me? Why did you create a new one each time I broke the addiction to the last one? How are you in my head!?! Am I going mad?!?!?
btw - 5/5, greatgame mate!
Game starts too large for high res screens, no buttons working, no cash can be earned. Police still take all my (no) cash and (no) weapons? Examine the comments for assistance and find a rude and arrogant dev replying to simple criticisms. I wish i could score lower than 1/5
BUG: Infected my first bloodcell with Baxter, the second with Nibbler, and the third with Baxter again (hoping to gain twice the number of Baxter to attack with). My options to attack the fourth bloodcell included all of my available nibbles (as expected) but only ONE of my Baxter nests (cant tell which one as one was upgraded to lvl 6 and the other at lvl 1)
Seems early game balance is off. Since time to make money increases over time, and Skill cost also increases, you run a money deficit before you can get platforms running, causing the player to stay on top of upgrades and manual clicks. Not a bad game mechanic, but it is not an idle game. Overall the concept is nice, simple three tier reward system. However i run out of game to play quickly. Not just lack of minijob or skills or platforms... once I've maxed everything out i have no9 reason to play. With longer content a prestige system would be nice. Text is a little small for my eyes, but overall your design looks clean. Good start, love to see regular updates from any good dev. Nice job with sound too. Music is quirky without being annoying. Good volume bar as well. 3/5
i enjoyed this the first time around, and now the inclusion of resetting for bonuses gives it some replay value that was missing. i also like the additional tutorial as well as the 'starter' coins to bring the game up to speed early. The music is a bit frantic, making me want to kill somebody ;P Maybe try a softer more relaxed tune, given that this game isnt exactly action packed. I like the improvements, but i would like to see more and varied achievements. Perhaps introduce some ability to evolve or breed our flowers for different varieties? Perhaps an upgrade that causes a thunderstorm greatly increasing flower growth? Maybe animals who eat your flowers ealy, so you need to buy/upgrade a fence? This is a good start to a fun game, imho. Nice Job. :)
3/5 because its an 'okay' first effort. As stated before... easy to understand, not broken, decent fonts, etc, etc. Some critiques: almost too easy and needs better balancing to extend gameplay. I played about 20 mins before i could get the Pact with Satan, and once i did, i didn't need to click again. The Pact is very over powered causing a quicker and quicker re-up for the pact. Meaning, i get one and then the time to get the next is sooner and sooner and sooner until i can almost click the Pact without waiting. Not a mathmatician, but it seems like adjustment is needed there. A suggestion? I would like to see the buttons greyed out until usable. Once i have enough points they should then highlight in some way as to be available. Overall, a nice simple game, certainly better than many other first attempts. Keep at it.
I've updated the game and made some changes, as suggested by you and a couple of other users, hope it's better now! I won't be updating this one anymore, since i'm working on a rpg game as my next challenge.
Very nice and fairly well balanced idle game! I do love games that are updated with new content frequently, especially idle games... it really keeps me interested in playing. The new artifacts feature is very nice, and i also like the re-investment of your diamonds, it makes me feel less stress over deciding whether or not to use them. Cant wait to see what you have for the next update! One comment, maybe add some instruction on how to use the hand of Zeus, i cant seem to figure out how to activate it. Thx ^^
i understand it's a 'short' game... but i personally like to grind to get all upgrades and features.... so when i reloaded the tab the next morning to refresh, losing my progress really bummed me. Examining the game closer i found no way to manually save either... some type of save is a necessary feature in any idle game. :( 2/5, could've been 4/5
Overall not a bad attempt at a Battleship clone. Instructions are very confusing, but at least it was entertaining. Music is a nice touch, but everyone wants a 'mute' button. Other ideas? Perhaps some animation for the hits, and a counter / legend for keeping track of what you hit? Achievements? Story? Lots more to add, but a good start.
Wish I could play this. Loved the others in the series, but this one doesn't work for me. Never advances past 'Creating Sky 0%'. I tried two different computers. Both have uptodate flash with no problems with any other games or sites. I also tried at the dev site, same result.
3 stars for a nice start. You need ideas? I am not a game designer, nor a programmer, but I see a potential to have stats, such as strength, endurance, hunger, etc. Perhaps different upgrades could modify these stats, more weight means less endurance, but faster increase in strength, hunger reduces strength, but can be fixed by purchasing energy bars, upgrading the bench could give more endurance, but less dollars per lift. There is lots of room for a fuller game experience. In essence this isn't much different from various 'mine' idle games. Look to similar games for examples.
Hmm... I do want to make mine unique, other than having an awesome setting (who doesnt like to lift), but I don't want it to be TOO complicated... but updates are definately on the way, so stick around!
Thanks, working on it
