Well for one, the energy is so you don't play all day. Two, you only have to wait like a little while before you can play again, three, if you are really that impatient then this game is obviously not for you. Aka, don't play it if you don't like how it works.
@epicshowdown, What would be the point of that, if you don't lose any of your crystals when your tansfer them to someone else then, you could just keep transfering crystals and never run out,
So it is pretty awesome when you have 1 energy left with 99% exp in, but your afraid you won't level up if you just do a random right, so I switched towns went into the 57 zone and found a purple named monster, I was like " YES!" killed it then level up :)
Well maybe, maybe there are multiple girls in red where the imp goes... like an area full of girls in red...with big guns on the back....and the imp always goes there to have lunch and meets a girl in red....

people are just staring at thier computer looking hypnotized. That's when I found out they were just waiting for energy...
I thought they were staring at the girls in this game.
So uh, when you turn unconscious, do you just wake up again 3 seconds later...or do you wait a while.. but if you waited a while wouldn't your energy return? -Facepalm-
