I think it has to do with drugs not beer lol, The main character is halucination, the evil clones are the cops and the "dealers" he stole from, the spikes are daggers of them and the "sliders" are gunshots, and the levels are the increased in difficulty for the higher amount of drugs he does
once apon a time 2 brothers and a sister were all rich in a castle, 20 years later they were caged by an evil (rapist) wizard. they all died from over abuse 2 years later.
