first 39 levels were easy then I got stuck on lvl 40 for a while but then I got frustrated and started doing some mad deduction in a fit of rage and completed the level xD, don't know what to think maybe you could put a "strategy" page in somewhere so when people are stuck they can go there to get ideas to try, I don't mean hints, I mean teaching people how to narrow down the possibilities and shift between different approaches to get their mindcogs going
Well, there is a link from in-game to the Hints page which has solutions to all of the levels plus some "hints" on how to play better. I don't want to clog the Instructions page with long and lousy tries to describe how to think as I am not even entirely sure how I am doing it. I think Thomas08536's description is the best I heard so far :).
doesn't even need a tutorial, just a little bit of text explaining what buildings do when you put the mouse cursor over the button, also desperately needs a save game option for the game, not just the map editor...
there's a bug, I went back the the main menu then to continue and I'm back to the first level and when I finished that level I can't progress to the 2nd level
This is probably the best of these games you've made because it doesn't have the done to death fantasy genre and because the gameplay is quick, if you want to get something done you don't have to wait 10 seconds for the map to slowly move across the screen, though the AI does take a long time to do things on some levels
i searched for mastermind and this is probably the best mastermind game on kongregate but it could be tweaked a little to make it perfect, need to be able to put blanks back into the slots if you want
1: Change description to "You can only add as many connections to a circle as it's number, find a way to complete every connection!"
2: Make a way to remove connections by clicking them.
3: Make a one click way to create connections, by just clicking on an arrow in the right direction.
4: Ditch the music.
5: Prevent player from adding too many connections (helps beginners learn).
6: When all connections have been made make a pop up which says "you won! it took you X minutes and Y seconds"
7: Delete this game and reload it when you've finished making these changes.
One problem with this game is when the AI spends over a minute just fortifying units on the other side of the map, it's things like this that are why this game isn't really badge material.
You're supposed to put other farms in enough debt to claim their farm or something. I think the moral of the story is that poor people are stupid and deserve it.
