For the 6000 feet achievement, just go straight at about 4% resistance and use your rocket in mini boosts. Once you're out of rocket, stay at 0% resistance and hit the water. You'll be rocketed up. BTW, with the rocket, stay at around 150mph. Tasselfoot found it
