Oh, sorry. Never mind my comment below, I just realised it appeared in a new region. But the fish store in Kogoe Town is still/also labelled "Rocky Shores house of fish". Probably that confused me.
I chartered the boat for 1000 to the north docks in the Rocky Shores area, but the new location didn't appear in the sidebar and no I can no longer get to it. Even the boat button disappeared. Looks like a bug?
Christmas specials of Medieval Cop getting released in mid-September... Can we get one about evil Easter bunnies striving for world domination in cooperation with the chickens in December then?
Hey, I saw you mentioned some Daleks in your credits, but unfortunately I can't remember having encountered any. Did I just miss a reference or were they maybe accompanied by The Silence and that's why I have no memories of them? Great series btw, enjoyed playing through it a lot.
Thank you! :) About the dalek, here a hint: there's one hidden in a room's background. In the fourth episode, more precisely. Tell us when you'll find it! :D
It's a great game with a cool story and exciting puzzles, but for whatever reason, my browser (Chromium 59 on Ubuntu) keeps randomly crashing the whole website with the infamous "Aww snap" message and no further details. I can still play the game as those crashes don't always happen at the same event in game, but I have to manually save very often to not lose too much progress when it happens. It would be awesome if you either had an idea what might be the problem here and could fix it, or if there were some kind of auto-save. Thanks a lot for your nice work.
We don't know what the problem may be, it may depend on many factors. Sorry about that :( Anyway, we hope you'll manage to complete and enjoy the game nonetheless. Thank you for your support, it means A LOT to us! :)
I fear I have to add another bug report to the comments section... Whenever I select the chapter 1 (no others available to me because I just wanted to start) or chose to resume that chapter, it briefly displays the intro slide and then totally crashes and shows me the infamous "Aww snap" error in Chromium 59 on Ubuntu 16.04. Sometimes it even crashes other open Kongregate tabs with it. Any idea what to do about that? I'm trying on Firefox now, it seems to start at least there.
Oof, that's rough. Very sorry that's happening. Unfortunately I haven't tested on Ubuntu at all so my only real guess as to what's happening is that the game is a memory hog (which it is). Hopefully it works well enough in Firefox for now - I don't think I'll be able to seriously troubleshoot this for a few weeks because of my schedule. As a heads-up, the build on the main site is always the most up-to-date version and seems to work with more consitency for most users (Kong has some extra memory overhead, I guess?).
In short, the big takeaway here is that I'm awful at coding.
After the last update, I lost all my Marbles. I haven't purchased any, but had won some on a few occasions in the new spinning wheel and during daily fights. Probably it were around 30-50 Marbles at some point and now it's zero. Can you verify if something went wrong there and possibly even return the amount I had to my account? Thanks.
http://dulhanis-adventurecatllc.rhcloud.com is my server where the game is hosted. Is that error like a popup or in the javascript console? The only things that I can think of atm is #1. I was updating the server, so it might have gone offline for a minute or so (I did some server side updates today), #2. Something is blocking it, like AdBlock. Kinda hard for me to tell if I can't see what's going in your browser.
There seems to be a bug with the ink bottle. I somehow failed to fill it at the ink stream and it stayed empty, but the octopus was gone and I was stuck.
I would also like to suggest that using Z/X keys is a suboptimal choice, because on quite some keyboard layouts (QWERTZ) these keys are not next to each other but only uncomfortably reachable with one hand. You should either allow both Y and Z as primary and X as secondary button, or maybe X as primary and C as secondary. Or make it configurable. Thanks, and keep making such great games.
*DING!* You just won! :D We'll send a 1:1 scaled Dalek ASAP as a prize! XD Well done!
