I really enjoyed the heck out of MD 1 and 2. I do like MD 3, but the lack of playable female characters - which were available in 1 and 2 - is really disappointing. The interfaces here are also a lot more confusing than in the previous games. Still a fun game, just not as enjoyable as 1 or 2.
I was wondering how a preview game could possible have over a 4 rating. Then I played it. Nicely done. My only complaint of an otherwise awesome game - sometimes the jump control seems to be off - I tap the spacebar once and then can't double jump.
This is a fantastic game. However, I would like some option to cancel an attack on the Europe map - I just transferred an army of 113 men to my ally because they attacked and took an enemy stronghold before me in the combat phase.
Cheebsta, the thing about artificial intelligence is that occasionally they do something intelligent, like reinforce the place that has been attacked multiple times and is therefore likely to be attacked again. On the contrary, the AI plays intelligently, which is more of a challenge.
If you are having an issue getting the game to load after character creation, try starting the game in IE. After you have created the character and reached a save point, quit IE and continue playing in a good browser. This has worked every time I've tried it using Chrome.
The reason the game isn't loading has nothing to do with the game and everything to do with the new flash update. So quit blaming undefined for something they have no control over.
It would be really, really nice if beating the game on veteran unlocked the recruit and veteran guns. It's kind of annoying that you can't unlock all of them at the same time.
A couple of problems with this game - there really needs to be an arrow for the menu in the cheerleader/pet shop; also it would be nice if the text boxes didn't suddenly cut off in the middle of a sentence.
Would really, really like an "are you sure" button when confronting that mother frickin dust merchant. Not only do I not want dust, but when she says half, she actually means 117 million gold will go down to 29 mill. Also, I don't like wood dust.
I don't why developers think that I should rate their work highly if they put a lot of effort into it. If their work sucks and was a waste of my time, I will inform them of this via a 1/5 and specific criticisms as to what they need to improve upon in the future. Lagging, cruddy control systems, and having m****f***** Kreds to buy content on games with badges (this is a FREE game website and I will b**** about Kreds until Kong either takes the "free" out of the title of the website and stops lying, or until the Kred system of pay-to-play on certain games is removed) are all legitimate concerns.
And you know what? I gave this game a literal 1/5 because I don't like those things in my games. Also, there are a lot better meta-games out there than this one. Just sayin'.
If you select the "attack only" option it means to attack if it's an enemy, but do nothing if it's yourself or an ally.
