Ram, Bad Boy and Boss are a pretty good team. The dual UAV and Ram's missiles easily clear up the top part of the screen, leaving only the bottom for you to pay attention.
Btw, the railgun is kinda useful to destroy those "shielded-cars" that take a while to destroy.
