I really like this game. The concept is awesome and addictive. I already wishlisted it on steam, but I'll probably only buy it if some changes are made (I guess this is a good thing you posted it here, to get some feedback): it's TOO LUCK BASED, especially at the last floor + gauntlet, most of the time the screen is covered in poison in the second round; the options to buy cards are too few and make the game even more luck than strategy based, this game would be much better if we had more options to make our deck; there should be the option to use the shop interface with clicks, there were some runs in which I bought the wrong cards because of a slip in the mouse.
This is not related 100% to the game, but GOD DAMN WHO HAD THE IDEA OF A 99% LUCK BASED IMPOSSIBLE BADGE?
The 'no mistake' starts are more of an annoyance rather than a challenge. I misdropped the last piece in level 24 (playing with a laptop touchpad) so I had to take a screenshot of the level and start again to get it. Also, the hints mechanic could be more friendly (eg. the placed hints disappear when you place a number).
Anyway, I liked this game, it has a good concept and the difficulty is keeping me entertained for a couple of hours.
The game doesn't save your momentum input, so keeping a lot of minigames going at higher speed is almost impossible. Best thing to do is to intentionally lose all of them and keep the green balls going until you get the 5x multiplier.
The API does not update when you beat the final boss in it's own level. You must enter any regular level and complete/lose for it to respond and earn you the badge.
For each 40~60 seconds of gameplay I get a lag spike: the screen freezes but the game goes on, resulting in me getting hit or going out of bounds (seriously?), most of the time ending my run. Tried on IE and its even worse.
I really likes this game and how it played with the shapes and the momentum, but it feels way too slow. The menus, the start of every level and the resets takes way too long, are there's no way to skip the cutscenes, even after you complete the level/game.
I played through it all, really liked it, but I don't feel like getting 100% because of that.
For you hunting badges, complete the game in normal to get both easy+hard badges, than change difficulty, replay the last level and you'll get 20k+ points in no time ;)
I lose lives because I start with a hand with no monsters at all, and suddenly the RNG gives the most OP monster no the enemy, and now I must wait 30 minutes to play again? Wtf is this?
Alright, has the developer played the final level or he just wanted to do something uttlerly random and boring?
Seriously, that is the kind of thing that should not be done. I don't usually rate games, but this gets a 1/5 from me.
We certainly could automatically get 3 stars in normal mode if we get 3 stars in night mode. It's pretty repetitive to do it again to get the achievments for extra XP.
Great game tho, I loved the other ones and so this one. :D
