it seems like a cool game except for the fact that it doesn't work. the "c" level at 01, 11 is, unless i'm missing something, impossible to get out of.
got the same bug as quinton... glad i wasn't the only one. thought i kept doing something retarded. character kept getting stuck going in one direction--i think it's associated with getting bounced around a lot by several rapid explosions
it's cute, has funny animations, decent concept. if it had a little more to it so that it's not game over when you fall it'd be a lot more appealing--off the top of my head, adding the RPG-style thing of doing runs and upgrading with points earned by catching carrots after each round... but even aside from that, anything but a "see how far you can go then submit your score" would take this game to another level
it's been said a few times, but i just wanted to express it in my own words: a speed-up button, or even just a "skip animations" option that sped through AI battles would greatly improve things. especially when you come late in round 2, you can literally be sitting there waiting for several minutes while the game plays itself.
part of the premise of these games is the death is supposed to look like an accident. ammonia (window cleaner) and bleach mixed together in a bucket at the foot of someone's bed is no accident.
beat it on the first go with 201 clicks. i think toughest level to figure out was the one where you gain momentum as you fall, and of course the hardest in terms of timing was the last level
it's too unclear what you're supposed to do. certain combinations of things don't really make sense. the codes for the drawers are kind of contrived--for example it's pretty obvious that you get the color code from the window, but there's really no way to tell from what part. all in all if it was a bit more intuitive this would be a better game.
if controls were a bit more intuitive it could be playable. as it is there's no real game-inspired motivation to take the time to figure it out. it could be fun if it kinda did the standard thing with having different levels of increasing difficulty, where the first several basically tell you what to do to get certain effects from your backhoe
