I managed to get botd in a day. Bonus xp is key. Prestige to 2nd level only when you have about 20-30 2nd level points, get the auto levelers for level 1 and have a heavy focus in xp in level 2 while spreading out your points for level 1 with the autos. I used a team of 1 warrior, 2 paladins and 3 rangers. Do the same thing when you prestige to 3.
So uhh Kong really needs to check these BOTD games. There's 2 that are completely unplayable. And this particular game looks shady as hell based on Kosh67's statement.
So I get through the first tutorial. And then get sent to "the maze."
The tutorial tells me to click on my castle. I do. And there's nothing to do there. My castle is surrounded by units on all possible sides and it is impossible to deploy anything. This game is pure shit.
I have investigated this issue. Logged into your account and didn't find any problems. Maybe you accidently clicked something unexpected and got teleported somewhere far away in this huge seamless map. But after reload it should work. Please try again and inform me if any problems!
There is something wrong with this game. It uses tremendous amount of computer resources, and continues running in the background even after the window is closed. Sometimes, even using cmd taskkill does not fix this. Even shutting firefox down completely does not, though restarting firefox after firefox has shut down does seem to free the resources the game was using.
after you get the badges, drop this. It is hot ass garbage. A month in and it removes all convenience and puts it behind a paywall. Battles crawl. Worse, the prices to upgrade get obnoxiously high. Even if you pay, you will have to keep paying and pay more and more in order to get anywhere. There is zero strategy involved, not even much resource management. If you came for a botd and stuck around to clear the badges get the badges and get out. If you ignore this warning, you will regret it.
ok, I tried playing the game. And once again, it requires mouse and keyboard... which really sucks for people using tablets or laptops with a mousepad. So they are restricting themselves further. The controls are also really wonky. As a game idea, it's... decent. Its implementation needs serious work. Controls to rotate the turret manually with the keyboard would correct a lot of issues instead of pointing towards the cursor. An auto target option would also be helpful. There's a lot of ways this game could be made to work and be much better, but as is it's pure trash.
When I got the hard badge there was a glitch where literally everything disappeared and I just kept going. I mean uhhh... wooo I am so skilled. Look at my hard badge :D
This game was... not enjoyable for me. Did it for the badge, but honestly not my cup of tea. Point for new games: don't make games where you have to use both keyboard and mouse. It is REALLY difficult on people who use the mouse pad on their laptop. Not to mention people who use ipads or similar.
