1. I'd like to know what the "other" shop items do, so i can decide if i want so save up for them. 2. please provide more specific information about the actual effect of shop upgrades. 3. ranking/scoring is a mystery to me. what determines rank?

@ mbacolas: u mean the faq from the OFFICIAL forum? the one that says to contact SUPPORT? ;) a comment in the random run-of-the-mill kong comment section is not "contacting support"

most of the comments I believe miss, why this game is compelling to millions around the world (and several thousands very active). its strongly centered around finding a fun community to play with. even the only donuts worth spending are intended to be pooled by teams who like to play with each other. its stable, has many facets, the dev team incorporates communiy ideas and there are bi-weekly updates - and its NOT on facebook. the wait/click/chat ratio is excellent for my RL profile. go elsewhere for free games if you want. as far as community games with pay options go, this is the best I've seen in a long time. I understand the 1st impression reluctance, since the strong points only really come though once you play a bit and find your team.

help! i cant get to darkforce island. no one else seems to have this problem... i searched all comments, looked at videos, searched walkthroughs, replayed the toournaments, searched the map all over.. what am i missing?!?! i know I'll feel so stupid.. but i wasted too much time on this game not to finish!

ppl - it's not really that hard to get past the normal and hard levels. I've had a great time and no boredom issues (speed up works fine). in fact, it's been a while since i enjoyed a game this much, even if it could do with some more work.

normal and hard: tips below. max gold bonus to tech up more quickly. next priorities are starting lumber and repair, only up them if you get stuck. Once you can get towers faster than AI, you own. trebuchets are crucial to some levels. I used the "upgrade enemy tower first" to get past mid-hard stage... combine it with early knight-damage and unit-production to kill the tower in front of you. At max tech, game is easy: towers cost 3/7 gold - so you can capture towers near instantly. normal and hard are cake. if you were slow on gathering money, use hard lvl1 to farm: about 600 coins + bonuses in a 90 sec., minimal clicks. There's a decent game speed function. I enjoyed the game very much so far. and its not that hard. Big question: HOW to crack lvl1 mayhem ?!?! - I'm full tech and played maby 50-60 trials, hoping for 2-3 early trebuchets.... nothing gives. Rest of mayhem should be easy again, since i can play the early tower advantage on the remaining levels.

anymore insight into the upgrade/mad scientist achievement? 40 lvls per is just insane while earning just about a max of 60 k per city, and i cant even use the upgrades anymore for fear of destroying the last few cash earning cities...
