Not sure that researches, particularly the last four or five, give enough civilisation points by comparison with buildings, which require fewer resources than researches do. Just a thought.
Okay. Mute should mute the whole game. I don't want randomly to have to remute because I got to another area. Secondly you *really* need to have hints. The objects in the game might appear obvious to you, but I couldn't work out what the brown lumpy thing was and that was game over. I found a total of five things.
Paying workers more gives such a small upgrade to output it's not worth it for the coin lost, and coin is the biggest bottleneck since it costs 58.8B coin for the 3rd tier building. *If* workers' output was higher, it might be worth it - if there was a morale boost that gave a double-digit productivity bonus. There's something to think of: the effect of morale on workers' productivity. I'm thinking of Sid Meiers's Civ series here - random events that can have an effect either way on productivity but have players have a way to enable mitigation factors. For a current example: the house is struck by lightning; effect: lose a hut. Then the player can build sturdier dwellings at a cost.
Morale (happiness) will be a thing but after religion is complete. Anyway, I've updated the wages system and it now provides a % boost to the production based on how many people work there rather than just a static boost based on villager productivity. Hope it's enjoyable!
The scrolling within the game makes it slightly annoying - the whole page scrolls, not just the panes within the game. It's fine on your server, but you're not running the game within a frame there. Is it worth thinking about tabs for each component's upgrades instead of listing them vertically? Less scrolling = goodness. :)
Willy, thanks for the description. The dev should have done that him/herself.
Dev - do you think you could format the block of text, remove the sarcastic comments from it and change the "I think" bits to something you know is real? Try to be a bit less amateurish.
Desperately needs instructions. What do upgrades do; how do they affect each other; the difference between city and mecha buy and upgrade; what's the shield and star map for. Your descriptions are non-existent.
Offline progress might be nice. It takes an *age* to get above level 43 - I've been stuck here for days. If upgrading some of the gods didn't *give* money it would be almost impossible to get further; certainly it would be more tedious than it already is.
Hi Lesley, thanks a lot for the feedback. We did give a very small amount of money for being offline, which we will increase in the next update later today :)
It's *very* slow to start, and there's nothing for the player to do. I imagine it's slower as you go on. The game also saves way too often. Once a minute or at the most, every 30 seconds is sufficient.
Not so much a crashing bug as the biggest memory leak I think I've ever seen. Also neither autosave nor the export code button are working. For me at least.
More stuff from you guys. Your game description should see you sued for false advertising. How about putting your talents into a real game that requires some actual skill and original creative thought?
You probably won't bother reading this, just just in case I'll point out the various things wrong with this game. You use copyrighted images without permission. Legally very bad. Impossible to see what the differences are because you helpfully covered them all with big green crosses which are easily spotted, particularly on the all-purple level. All games should have a mute option to block out the tedious MIDI. Lastly, any click on any cross acts as a click on a new cross - click five times on one cross/difference and you've won. Nice job ... not.
Spending prestige points on Armour does nothing. In the game I am back to zero armour again. Offline progress is intermittent - sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. There are some bugs to address, it would do your games good to work on them and listen to players' comments.
Yeah, but as the research pool with grow with time, it'll be more rewarding. Plus, some researches now help with Keisin's abilities
