Go on a programing course or something and use proper sprites instead of rubbish drawings, that will definitely improve the game. As for gameplay etc. well, I made a game like this in college, and I know jack shit about making games, the class just made those button pressing games where you press a button and it takes you to a different window etc. i found them to be so much better than this amazingly.
This is definitely one of the best RPG games I have ever played. I do however ask that you sort out the issue with logging out when leaving the page or simply leaving it on its on for awhile.
Awesome game, I love how the upgrading/evolving is open-ended though I'd prefer more accurate weaponry and I think the evolution count should be increased and as some others have commented before me, after a number of evolving, the celles should change appearance somewhat, maybe just have the core differ in appearance a bit. 5/5 overall
