Hi I’m Lauren and I have Bi-Polar Disorder. My husband, Brian ( AKA Odinbs), also has bi-polar disorder, and our son D’Artegan has preadolescent bi-polar disorder and extreme ADHD. As you might guess we have more than our share of ups and downs, however we do our best to live happy productive lives and we usually succeed as long as we have the help we need to obtain our medications and keep ourselves on a good routine. I guess I’m telling you this so you can see we are just like everyone else with just a few more ups and downs than most. Stop the Stigma and reach out to your local mental health community. :)
