I Have noticed how if you have Exactly enough of the item, you cant buy the upgrade in some occasions. such as if it costs 12 garnets and you have 12 garnets after you upgrade the same upgrade then it doesn't work
Yeah, you actually have 12 exactly, but need 12.1, but because the decimals are truncated, you don't see it.
