To pass lvl 21: Put the two long sticks on the blue rectangles BUT NOT ON THE MIDDLE! Leave some space for the up coming blocks...the coming few should be quite straight forward, when you get the small rectangle with no face, put it where you left a gap between the two long sticks, and continue (PS.If ur still stuck add me as a friend and i'll help you
LVL 30: Now this lvl is what i call timing. Pplace two blocks diagonally (but on top of each other)on the bottom, remember that they both would lean on the 2nd circle. Follow the above and continue

to pass the pigeon, please read the following(it will be long)
Go into the liquor store and get the forty from the bin (the forty is the bottle) slip it through the crack on the right near the pacman game.
Then, go outside, and do u see the crack? Get the forty out of the crack and give it to the bum (the dude sleeping against the wall). Then take his money from the can. next, go to the trash can and get the stale bread. Go into the liquor store again and buy the fizzy tabs, combine the fizzy tabs with bread then feed to pigeon, the pigeon...(find out yourself)

i'm so sorry, i missed a step. To get the money from the bum's can, you have to get him drunk. To do this, go into the liquor shop and get the forty from THAT bin. Slip it into the crack (this is very important, or you will not get away with it from the shopkeeper) then go outside. Go to the crack and get the forty out, give it to the bum and take the money.
To gunner463, that isn't a glitch. Different ways of getting up are shown when you want to climb up the wall.
To all those that are getting 'hand murdered' by the pigeon. Go to the bin and get the stale bread. Then after stealing the money from the bum's can, go into the liquor store to buy the fizzy things on the blue box. Next, combine the bread with the fizzy tabs and feed the pigeon. The pigeon explodes. CONGRADULATIONS! YOU HAVE TAKEN REVENGE!
