I think the game is a lot of fun! What would be cool is maybe a challenge zone where you could input your desired CP range and then it would allow you to fight special mobs (Hydras bone dragons hellspawn demons etc that have stats adjusted to the cp you entered (assuming your input is higher then the max level already) this way high lvls arent left out they could still continue to improve. you could also add in maybe special drops for killing mobs of a certain cp or higher like if i killed a 1,000,000 you get a "blessing" or someting just ideas that you could use if you feel fitting :D
