Do you get bonuses for conquering the entire continent?

can we see legendary off-hand weapons come with special unique skills? like having a shield on gives you the option to equip a stunning defense skill or the pet taunt skill daggers with a chance to backstab/ %chance to hit twice or increase crit chance like pet skills since they are already in game? mp regen or heal skilsl on the tomes etc.
