One of my favorite things about this game is the fact that you are given choices to customize the way you play. Unlike Toss the Turtle, there is no obvious 'best' equipment to use. Obviously more power will get you further, but with no control, then that power is useless, so it's a nice RPG-ish element.
The only bloons immune to M.O.A.B. Maulers are black, and the R.O.F.'s take care of those. Also, fully upgraded Monkey Wizards are really good for delaying any bloons that get through.
WASD are the gaming keys. They are meant to allow both keyboard and mouse access at the same time. only if you use your mouse left handed should the lack of arrow key access be any problem.
