Those tall spikes are way too sensitive. You have to be within a small two pixel spot to make the jump properly. I think they need to be adjusted a little bit. Other than that it was a fairly fun game.
This is my favorite Ludum Dare game so far! Well done for your first game with graphics. A few things of note, It's possible for the worm to create a 2 space gap making it literally impossible for you to progress in the game. There are a few other points where it can become impossible to move forward (and then you have to refresh the page to play again). Overall a good game and I can't wait to see it get fleshed out more.
It's a good concept and a fun game. The only thing I would change is making the wheels change a bit more. Right now it seems like the wheels are either jelly when they're low pressure or still jelly when it's high. All in all pretty fun! 4/5
For those that hate having to open a new window to fight new raids, there is an easier way. Right click on the raid link in chat > Copy URL address > paste to "Paste raid link here" in the raid section tab > You'll have your new raid started.
Facekiller911 is wrong. You need 1,006,500 to max your stats. I was watching my cash carefully to see how much more money I would need to max everything and at 1,001,940 I'm still 4,560 short.
An option to skip the battle animations would be awesome. My computer isn't that fast so I'll be waiting 1-2 minutes while I wait for crap to happen and it really ruins the game for me. There has to be a better way to show what's happening.
Buying extra trees isn't really worth the savings. Sure you save $2 each time you water all the trees, but you'll have to spend $50 to buy more trees. That means you'll have to water and farm your trees 25 times just for the cost to even out. You won't even end up using that many lemons through the course of your 30 days.
I just realized that you could upgrade your zombies' stats! It makes a huge difference in how the battles will go. Make sure to upgrade them all the way before you make the huge leap to upgrading how many employees you can hire.
This game is awesome! I remember when I first heard about it and I had a lot of fun playing it on the original website even though I had to use chrome's translate feature to understand what was going on. I'm glad to see it's on Kongregate now. 5/5
I don't think you should be able to make Chapter 1 things in Chapter 2 and Chapter 2 things in Chapter 3. It's kind of annoying to see two items combining into something!!!! oh...it's stuff I started with.
One of these days the girls is going to ask how he got prepared for their first date and he's going to have a nice tale about all the kitten skulls he crushed and hobo hearts he ate for health...
The pre-loader is exactly how I try to grab things that are far away when I'm feeling lazy. I just reach out and hope my arm stretches until my hand can reach whatever I'm after...
Is there a way to unselect some of my upgrades? I lad more and more as I buy particles and clouds and landscape and it would be nice to be able to turn those off >.>
