Hm. Well the fact that you managed to get the title of "your" game wrong (It's "Droplet 2"), that your other game was somehow sponsored by a popular BBC series, and that your age is 69 (dur-hurrrrrr) leads me to believe this game might not be yours.
You should include an overlay marking each card as "+1", "0", or "-1" for people new to the system to help them get a feel for it and visually associate each rank with a positive or negative count. Some background music would be nice too.
If you are planning and watching "21", I highly suggest you read this article beforehand so you can separate the fact from the bullsh*t: http://wizardofodds.com/blackjack/21movie.html
I don't understand. What's stopping you from just stopping time as soon as it starts up again? Where am I supposed to go? What do all these things I'm collecting do? Explanation, please!?
@mooserule: Technically, being a chain smoker means you do drugs. Frankly, that's pretty confusing. It should say "Does hard drugs" to differentiate it from "chain smoking" and "alcoholism".
The board keeps nudging to the right. It started at the center, and now it's almost at the edge of the screen. The difficulty doesn't increase over time. You can keep the game going forever by just clicking wildly until you get matches.
It's a good concept, but I would have liked the game to be quite a bit larger and more complex. I'm just not interested in a game that only takes 3 minutes to play.
There should be ways to extend your time, especially seeing how you'll end up losing a lot if you don't clear all the cards. And no, showing us the whole deck beforehand doesn't help, because nobody can be expected to remember the order of 52 cards every single level.
I found a bug with the fame requirement. If you passed last month but failed the current month, the fame requirement still goes up. If you failed the last month but passed the current month, the fame requirement stays where it is. You really should check whether you pass or fail the current month BEFORE adjusting the fame requirement.
Don't hurt the big blue boss when you encounter it. Just run past it when you can and get the powerup, then stand in the alcove where he can't get you and blast away. If you engage him before you get the powerup, he'll become too powerful to defeat.
