Okay, the ending of the game is just RIDICULOUS. Year 1836 and I JUST delivered the Tea (wasting about 10K silver to get it last second) and two seconds later they want an order for 360 Tea and their happiness is dropping like a meteor. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO BUY THAT MUCH TEA!?!
Scuse me , 4-5+ trolls below me. This game is extremely different in so many ways. First of all. This is the FIRST TD game to ever feature a tower that sends them back. Usually it's these lines: Fast/Weak then overpowered, Powerhouse that sucks later on, MINOR support units that later on are fairly essential, and then the balanced one. This has towers that are support, but also do serious damage. Crypt is essential because it's upgrade will send enemies back at 25% of the time (Level 6 I believe). and pudding264, you say this game rips off GemCraft, a game that "rips off" a very popular concept that has been around for years and made it great, yet also a challenge. It's called Tower Defense, not really a lot of room for differences. Zoucrew: No, people just love this game (although some people DO do that. However, I do agree this game needs to come off the Top Rated list, as it IS old.
Is it jsut me, or are all the monsters loosely based off enemies from other games?? (I've seen the spiky crawler things from Metroid, the doors from Metroid, the slimes from Dragon Quest Monsters, and Gordo from the Kirby games)
Also, to fix that "crash," let it sit for a bit and it should eventually say "Go faster!" and then "Stalling!" hit buttons and it will start falling and you may be able to throw it again... (I clicked and released so it would just fall, but you my be able to throw it)
These people are idiots. The desert guy sees the picture of the man and woman next to the fire so he thinks the end of the world is near? Allso, why does the French man get angry when he reads the little girl's letter?
IMO, the best to start off with is rogue. His weapon is the crossbow, it takes one shot but it fires as fast as the rifle, so there's no reload and is stronger as well. Also, if it killls the enemy it was aimed at, it keeps going. (it acts like a missile, going across the screen until it hits someething)
Also, you can't equip a different weapon. Im mashing the button for my Hunter's Rifle cause I can't use my Worn HMG and it just says "You don't not have the weapon skill for this weapon." although it lets me equip the pistol (not that I can use it)... Is anyone else having this problem?
