Here's my strategy:
airstrike the tank till the top dies.Then seal the nazi guy so he can't ion cannon you.Poison him so he loses health and bomb the crap out of the omega lazer.When u get double nuked Autolife both of them and (if u have the double effectiveness for defend ability) defend with matt.U shouldn't die.if the sattelite comes out seal it so it can't do much.Just sort repeat this stuff for each thing when it pops out again. Oh yeah, and to kill the tank itself just airstrike it. Hope it helps.
