I had a lot of fun with this game. Red was cute and entertaining. The puzzles ranged in difficulty without being completely impossible. I never got bored or overly frustrated. 5/5. Thank you, Rob.
The hard badge should be an impossible. This is definitely the worst launch-style game I've played. The "boosts", as everyone else has said, are nothing more than traps. There is far too much clutter in the skies with too little range of visibility. If anything, the boost areas should at least be recreated so that they do no damage in themselves to the rocket. There's enough potential for all the other obstacles to do damage without these hurting you, too.
The little glitches are really getting irritating. One little french infantry guy on the first level somehow managed to shoot at one corner of my defenses and keep shooting from the same spot all the way down the line...about three times the range of my guys. I could only sit there and watch it happen without being able to stop it. LAME. Now, I'm in the middle of my second campaign and one of the engineers seems to be stuck behind a barricade doing a little dance to taunt me. The level won't progress and I'm going to have to start over. The little Frenchie is farting in my gen-er-aul die-rexion!
I really enjoy this game. I don't experience any problems or difficulty with it. I do, however, suggest a change in the way the altars work. At least let us know what changes are made after we use them. I really can't figure them out.
I agree with everyone else who seem to be frustrated with the lack of checkpoints. I'm playing epic mode and think it's ridiculous that I have to start so far back when defeated by a boss who is so insanely difficult to beat. MAKE MORE SAVE OPTIONS!!
