Ok what the hell is going on first you claim you sent 10000dias to my character Domina server 2 but in reality you delited both my characters on server 2. Are you complitely incompatent or what?

Gello just about 40min ago i purchased 8000 diamonds with 800 kongregate kreds how ever my kreds were billed but my diamonds were delivered, history says i recived diamonds for each purchase but i did not, my character name is Domina and im playing on server 2. Pleas hury and fix this.
